Menopause, Brain Health & the Brain Economy

The emerging brain economy recognizes brain health as an important workplace asset. Menolink presentations translate evidence-based research and guidance from leading menopause and women’s brain health organizations into practical, understandable and actionable strategies that support emotional resilience, cognitive function and long-term brain health in the workforce.

1

Informed Workplaces: Investing in the Understanding of Women’s Health & the Menopause Transition

$800 · 1-hour session with Q&A

This introductory presentation explores women’s reproductive health across the lifespan, with an in-depth look at menopause. Using a what, why and how approach, participants learn about common menopause symptoms and their potential impact on mood, sleep, cardiovascular risk and overall brain health.

Participants will also learn why these changes matter for long-term health and career growth, along with how to identify and access appropriate healthcare resources.

2

Protecting Women’s Brain Capital: Managing Brain Fog, Mental Health & Sleep to Thrive at Work

$800 · 1-hour session with Q&A
