Hi, I'm Dr. Sandra Belfry.

I'd like to personally welcome you to Menolink.

As a clinical neuropsychologist and someone who has walked her own path through confusing and challenging menopause symptoms, I created this space for women and families seeking real understanding. Here, you’ll find evidence-based education, honest conversations, and practical community resources that bridge the worlds of brain health, menopause, and family connection. Whether you’re looking for answers for yourself, someone you love, or your professional practice, I’m honored to help you move forward with knowledge and confidence at every stage

My Story

I had difficult symptoms during perimenopause that caused me to re-evaluate my career goals.

My own lack of knowledge about menopause, combined with complex symptoms and medical visits with no answers, motivated me to engage in a 5 year process of education and training to better help my patients, my family and other women going through difficult reproductive health transitions. Once I found the right information and the right physicians and allied health professionals, I was able to reset my career goals, start a different path, and embrace the menopause transition.

My workshops are intended to help you improve your menopause transition via education about the ways to improve brain health and reduce dementia risk.

In addition to education, my goal is to inspire you to have more open conversations with your mothers, sister, aunts, daughters, and granddaughters so that women of all ages begin to feel comfortable with the information that helps us to understand our brains and bodies.
