CBT-I Group Psychological Treatment for Sleep Difficulty & Insomnia

Sleep changes are common during menopause, but poor sleep can quickly affect mood, energy, concentration, physical health, quality of life, and overall brain health.

This structured group program is designed for women experiencing ongoing sleep difficulty and interruption due to rumination and night sweats during the menopause transition, including post menopause. Participants learn practical, evidence-based strategies for improving sleep habits, reducing unhelpful sleep behaviours, managing anxious thought patterns, coping with VMS, and building a more consistent sleep routine.

Please note that this program is not suitable for treating sleep apnea, but can be helpful for people who have a combination of sleep apnea and non-sleep apnea related insomnia symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep, anxious thought patterns, and night sweats.
